How much does a Kingpin Sites website cost?
The package is $399 one time. It includes a website on your own .com (home, services, about and contact pages), a logo, and your Google Business Profile set up, with the first year of hosting included. From year two, hosting is $150 a year.
Do I pay before I see the website?
No. We build a free preview first and send it within one business day. You pay $399 only if you approve it.
Do I own my domain and website?
Yes. The domain is registered for you, and you keep it. See the terms page for hosting and transfer details.
What is included in the $150 a year after the first year?
Hosting, your domain renewal and small text changes. There is no monthly fee unless you choose an add-on.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build it with the structure Google reads (titles, headings, fast mobile pages, your services and area) and set up your Google Business Profile. No one can promise a ranking, and new sites take weeks to months to move. We can also add local SEO as a monthly add-on.
What is a Google Business Profile?
It is your free listing on Google Search and Google Maps, with your phone number, hours, photos and reviews. We set it up and link it to your website. Google decides verification, and some profiles need a short live video.
How many pages do I get?
The package covers your home, services, about and contact pages. Extra pages, such as a page for each service or city, are $29 each.
What add-ons do you offer?
Google Maps, reviews and local SEO for $50 a month, ad management for $199 a month plus your ad budget, short video ads for $35 each, and an AI phone receptionist for $100 one time.
How long does it take?
The free preview arrives within one business day. After you approve it and pay, we connect your domain and publish the site.
Can I change the site later?
Yes. Small text changes are covered in the yearly hosting fee. Bigger changes or new pages are quoted or priced per page.
Do you fake reviews?
Never. Review requests only go to your real customers.
