Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kingpin Sites ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. What we collect

• What you give us: when you request a free preview or order a service, we collect what you type in the form: business name, your name, city, phone number or email, the kind of business, and any notes. Later, we may collect the content you give us for your website (text, photos, logo preferences).
• Public business information: for some previews we use information that is already public, such as a business's name, city, phone number and registration details published in public business or license registers, public map data, or public directories. We use it only to build the preview and to contact the business once about it, and we stop at once if you reply STOP or ask us to.
• Requests your browser makes to others: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some preview pages look up public business records directly from the public data service that publishes them. Those services see your IP address when your browser calls them. We do not send them your name or anything you typed in our form.
• Technical information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We store the IP address that submitted a form to prevent abuse.
• Cookies: our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Preview pages remember a color choice only inside the link you open.

2. How we use it

• To build and send your free preview, and to answer your questions.
• To deliver services you buy: build and host your website, create your logo, set up your Google Business Profile, run add-ons you ordered.
• To send you a small number of messages about your preview or order. You can stop these at any time (reply STOP to a text, or email us).
• To keep our site and forms safe from abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers we need to deliver the work: for example our hosting and domain provider (Cloudflare), a payment processor for card payments, Google (for Google Business Profile and, if you order it, Google Ads or Workspace) and Meta (if you order Facebook or Instagram ads). Each acts under its own privacy terms.
• Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. How long we keep it

Preview requests and messages: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Customer records (orders, invoices, site content): for as long as you are a customer and as long as tax or accounting rules require afterwards.

5. Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@kingpinsites.com. We answer within 30 days.
• Stop messages: reply STOP to any text, or email us.
• If a preview shows your business and you want it removed, tell us and we remove it promptly.
• Residents of California and some other states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email us.

6. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider with access limited to us. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
